About Debbie Hoffman

I am passionate about creating a response to individual and family needs in the world in which I live, work and play. I do this through my job, my volunteer time and my place of worship. With a look back over my life's activities, I realize there has not been a time that service to others was missing. Every missions activity as a child to service clubs in high school to college groups led me to a career in social services direct service provision and administration. A blessing is such a small word but a large concept when I realize I have been able to make a living doing what I love while helping others. My experience includes Board of Directors management, budget development/oversight/management, employee recruitment/training/management/retention, non-profit management, volunteer recruitment/training/management/retention, program development, fundraising and reource development. My skills in leading others to improve processes, making decisions and growing their own skills come naturally. I prefer an informal work environment even though excellence in service delivery is very important.
