I have a proven track record of success in both ambiguous and known circumstances, providing focus and clarity through all aspects of business fluidity.My most recent position was in the Reverse Mortgage Servicing industry where my responsibilities include Oversight and Management of 4 teams (staff up to 20 employees) of Reverse mortgage specialists and making sure we meet compliance with all HUD guidelines and regulations. I managed multiple vendor contracts, relationships, workflow scorecards and analytics as well as analyzed and approved monthly KPI’s. I also bring to the table strong computer proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and various other programs and database applications.
