With over 5 years of work experience in project management and consulting, I am passionate about helping public sector clients achieve their goals through innovative and efficient solutions. As a Project Manager at Tyler Technologies, I lead the implementation of case management software for various agencies, leveraging my AWS and Lean Six Sigma credentials, as well as my skills in customer relationship management and web experience. Previously, I was an Implementation Consultant at Tyler Technologies, where I supported the delivery of enterprise resource planning software for local governments. Before joining Tyler Technologies, I was a Director at ADP, where I oversaw the client tech product support team for payroll and human capital management systems. My core competencies include managing complex projects, improving business processes, building strong customer relationships, and driving digital transformation in the public sector. I am excited to work with Tyler Technologies, a leader in providing software and services for the public sector, and to contribute to their mission of empowering communities.
