I’m a Registered Dietitian and wellness professional with three decades of experience in nutrition, coaching, and behavior change. After a fulfilling career in leadership, EAP, and professional development, I’ve transitioned into a flexible, semi‑retired chapter that still allows me to do the work I love.Today, I provide part‑time nutrition counseling with Nourish, an innovative telehealth platform that aligns beautifully with my passion for education, coaching, and client‑centered care.
