About Debbie Kyle

Debbie is a project manager within Knowledge Enterprise, the research arm of Arizona State University. She is the lead Project Manager for two multi-million dollar Department of Defense contracts within the Global Security Initiative. In addition, she manages the overall upkeep of a multi-award research portfolio that spans two ASU units, providing statistical analysis support, personnel management, financial recommendations, and cross-unit communications. As the Human Resources Lead for her Center, she also coordinates student and staff hires and acts as the onboarding liaison for new lab members. She has a background in policy and contract interpretation and is continuing to grow her skills in personnel management and leadership. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Analytics from ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business in order to expand her skills and knowledge to inform strategic data-driven decision making from a leadership perspective.
