I'm a highly capable, consistent and productive Workers Compensation & Injury Manager with a 20-year track record of producing effective strategic and operational leadership in the Self-Insurance and workers compensation industry. I have extensive experience working in various positions, developing long term strategic stakeholder relationships, focusing on return to work and business processes with commercial, people, rehabilitation and regulatory goals. I have great talent in forming close working relationships with senior management and other stakeholders to optimise our goals and cost effectiveness across all customer touchpoints. I am commercially and people astute with comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of workers compensation, injury management, and customer service management. I'm highly motivated, tenacious, goal-driven with strong problem-solving, interpersonal communication and leadership skills. I am proud to be part of ANZ team leading the successful application of our Comcare Self-insurance licence which was granted in March 2021.
