I believe that everyone defines success differently and to always be on the lookout for "What's Next," professionally and personally. These concepts have aided my growth, and I encourage others to dig deep for their definition of success, create strategies, and exceed their expectations!I grew up in Atlanta, GA, and attended college at the University of Georgia, where I graduated with an Exercise and Sports Science degree. Following graduation, I worked in the sports medicine industry for nine years in high school, college, and professional settings.In 2002, I obtained my real estate license to further my local real estate market knowledge while investing in the Orlando, FL, area. That year, after careful consideration, I began a full-time career in real estate. With a strong work ethic, I built a successful sales team. In 2007, my husband and I moved to the North Carolina coast to follow our passion for boating and raising our family in a small town. Since my relocation, in addition to raising three amazing daughters, I have continued my career in the real estate industry, working as a Sales Agent, Team Leader and was instrumental in launching a local office for a national franchise where I was the CEO for 3.5 years and grew the firm by more than 250 agents. While in the leadership role, I was also elected to the Wilmington Board of Realtors, which I served for four years. In 2018, after an extensive evaluation of my "What's Next?" I chose to direct my focus to the coaching and development of top real estate agents, top real estate teams, and brokerages. This led me to partner in launching Middleton Elite Coaching, an independent real estate coaching company, and continuing my real estate sales business.As I continue my "What's Next" path in 2024, by never settling for the ordinary, I embrace the fact that my journey has been far from a straight line. Drawing from my fearless pursuit of growth and a willingness to embrace setbacks, I've taken the next step and launched Monter Coaching, which specializes in guiding real estate businesses toward scalable success through strategic coaching and consulting services.The launch of Monter Coaching also provides a springboard for "Real Estate Leadership Unlocked" podcast. This platform is where we explore the dynamic intersection of business, leadership, and personal growth in the real estate industry.
