I am a self-motivated and organised professional, with considerable experience in a Retail Operations Manager role and 20+ years of extensive experience in the customer service industry. My strong technical skills enable me to work to improve and enhance the functionality of the retail systems and in-store technology within the business, whilst also improving business processes. My aim is to strengthen client relationships, identify and promote best practice across all elements of the Retail Systems and ensure the successful continuance of business operations. I have proven experience of successfully coordinating the activities of various departments, leading on all retail system development, upgrades, testing etc, continually driving business improvement. I also have a strong background in Account Management, and 5+ years Marketing experience. I have strong interpersonal skills and a clear, logical mind with a great eye for detail. I have effective communication skills with excellent conflict resolution ability. Always friendly with a sound and optimistic outlook on all things in life, I am a genuine team player, and my greatest strength is I give my 100% commitment towards my work with a positive attitude.
