My company, The Edge Coaching and Training, offers a number of programs that focus on the future state of working through flexible working, working parent resilience and managing flexible work environments. The aim is to assist the increase in workplace retention, diversity, health & well-being for all employees whist uplifting productivity outcomes. All in all, working with people, facilitating insights, creating space for honest conversations and dynamic discussions is what I go to work for! Whether I am consulting through The Edge Coaching and Training or another organisation - I aim to offer energy, enthusiasm and an openness to all I encounter. I have worked across varied sectors and levels of organisations throughout my career ensuring that people walk away feeling heard, valued and having learnt something new.
