Safety and Security: My safety consulting work focuses on school safety planning, emergency preparedness, threat assessment, and crisis management. I collaborate closely with school administrators, multidisciplinary teams, and public safety partners to develop, review, and strengthen district-wide and building-level safety plans, and ensure compliance with New York State guidance and regulations. Stressing the importance of a practical, prevention-focused approach to safety—emphasizing preparedness, communication, and coordinated response - the goal is always to help schools feel confident, capable, and ready to respond when it matters most. With a strong background in school operations, I can quickly identify security vulnerabilities and work collaboratively with school district staff to implement corrective actions. I am deeply committed to keeping school communities safe.Administrative: Having held a position as a high-functioning Confidential Secretary, I can easily shift and adapt to the ever-changing daily school environment. Having a growth mindset enables me to persevere through challenging situations. Technology: Having held many technology positions within IBM and the Carmel Central School District, I have gained a tremendous amount of experience in many areas of the technology field including repair of hardware, installation and instruction of software, and customer service.
