My focus and ambition is in building further on my Automotive marketing and extensive relationship management experience. By combining this with my 2013-2017 BSc and MSc focused on Marketing I provide a strong personal proposition for my employer. Skilled in developing customer research in order to gather customer insights to inform data driven decision making. Additional extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management working at the interface between my employer and my clients to manage creative marketing projects to time, budget and quality standards. A professional with a 2017 Master's degree (Distinction) focused in Marketing from University of Kent excelling in Market Research, Consumer Decision Making and a dissertation of Consumer Based Brand Equity of the Volvo brand. My 2016 Business and Marketing BSc (1st) incorporated automotive industry research, culminating in a study of the Automotive Retail Experience - a female purchaser’s perspective.
