Results motivated technician who excels in customer service based Medical Service Repair. I have been a Field Service Engineer in Colorado and Texas for multiple manufactures and modalities with Ultrasound technology. As a senior technician I have been responsible for repair and maintenance coordination of over 350+ pieces of Ultrasound equipment. I have coordinated new project installs utilizing my professional knowledge of ultrasound use, including interdepartmental services for individual modality support. I continue to provide support for other technicians in the capacity of the Subject Matter Expert for customer support, preventive maintenance and repair. My responsibilities cover over 8 different manufacturers with various models of ultrasound technologies through out the hospitals, satellite clinics and support facilities encompassing miles of Texas.
