I have assisted with the design, and coordination of benefit packages, HR policies & procedures, State Unemployment Benefits and Workers Compensation. I have been responsible for conducting New Hire Orientation and ensuring proper paperwork and personnel files were completed and accurate. I have also prepared OSHA logs, developed questionnaire for investigations, documentation from investigations, and conducted interviews. I have created databases used for tracking Paid Personal Time, Medical Census’, and employee contact information. I have recently completed coursework for my Associates Degree in Human Resource Management. I would love to find a company that I can pursue an entry level Human Resource position with. I would like to learn the facets of that company in order to move into more of a Management role. I have worked plenty of jobs but I really want to find a home to obtain my career goals and utilize my education and experieince. Specialties: Organizational skills, Communication skills both written and oral, presentation skills, Unemployment Compansation, Employee Relations, I have worked with BWC, OSHA, and ISO I have also been a certified Drug Free Workplace Train the Trainer. In addition to my HR skills, I have several other areas of skill set, Reception, Customer Relations, Cash Handling, Customer Service and more.
