I specialise in designing, developing, and supporting the implementation of care models and provide the management and leadership to deliver sustainable care within the built environments that future healthcare demands. Throughout my career, I’ve led numerous multi-disciplinary teams during times of intense pressure, contributing significantly to transformation programmes that have enhanced the quality of patient care. My NHS background has provided a solid foundation in delivering innovation and positive change, enabling me to redesign future-proofed clinical pathways and care models across the UK and internationally. I have also had the privilege of working alongside healthcare organisations and Ministries within the private sector, to shape the delivery of care through major hospital and community capital projects. As a qualified Business Case Author (Building Better Business Cases), I’ve played a key role in securing approval for multiple SOCs, OBCs, and FBCs—representing over £1B in capital value in recent years.
