A Creative Director and Copywriter with over 12 years experience in Pharmaceutical and Health, my time in Advertising has been an exciting ride. I bring to the table a varied experience of print, TVC, Digital Video campaigns. I've been involved in successful National and Global campaigns and pitches for my agency. I've conceptualized and crafted extensive campaigns for several key Pharmaceutical brands and Patient Awareness initiatives across traditional and new media. I've ideated, conceptualized, written and visualized Digital Video Campaigns for Health OTX brands in the energy and constipation space for the European market. I've also been an essential 'cog in the wheel' for a 12 part Digital Video campaign for a mouthwash brand produced for the UK market as well as 4 part DVC for a Cough and Cold remedy. I also have some experience in writing Print Ads and brochures for Real Estate brands, both residential and commercial. Prior to advertising, I enjoyed a long stint at the e-greeting card company, during a time when digital communication was tip-toeing into our lives. As Head of Content I led a team of over 15 creatives including copy, graphic designers and animators to produce greeting cards for International Holidays and Occasions for example Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Rosh-Hashanah, Mid-Autumn Festival, Diwali and many more. I was responsible for curating the Home Page and writing a weekly newsletter for 2 million subscribers globally. At 123Greetings.com, I discovered my interest in studying data and applying it to meet the communication needs of our users - a lesson that has stood me well in advertising. A loud and passionate couch-participant at Quiz shows(KBC, Mastermind, Jeopardy), a lifelong tennis fan and sometime badminton player, I'm loathe to sit on the sidelines whether it's presenting work to our clients or throwing up ideas at team meetings or sharing my experiences with new talent. I enjoy being in thick of things when it comes to pitching, right from conceptualization to making sure ideas meet the brief to being part of presentations and finally seeing the brands come home to the agency. As a professional, I am continually looking for ways to raise my own game and lift my team's. In every role I've performed I look to empower my team and make them leaders. With several awards such as Rx(silver), Rx Awards of Excellence, Global Awards Certification, Big Bang Awards I continue to be a student of communication as I strive to keep my pencils sharp and my scrabble skills sharper.
