As an AIML Data Operations Analyst at Apple, I work with large and complex datasets to support the development and improvement of artificial intelligence and machine learning products and services. I have over 10 years of work experience in various domains of finance, accounting, and technology. Before joining Apple in November 2020, I was a Technical Support Specialist at Amazon, where I provided customer service and troubleshooting for Alexa and Kindle devices. Prior to that, I was a Process Developer at Genpact, where I managed global procurement and payment operations, as well as accounts payable customer support. I have a strong educational background in accounting and finance, with a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta and a Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. I also have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Goenka College of Commerce, Calcutta University. I am passionate about learning new skills and taking on new challenges. I value honesty, integrity, and teamwork in my work. My goal is to leverage my data analysis and finance expertise to contribute to the innovation and growth of Apple and its customers.
