About Debera Silvius

Doing projects, managing teams and working with team members in a hybrid, remote and virtual environment is our new reality. I focus my skills to ensure the success of my team members regardless of the work posture they are in.I’ve always been passionate about people and what motivates teams to be their best. I've worked on more projects than I can count and trained and managed so many amazing people, both in person and now virtually. As a manager, I work closely with a mix of technology experts from talented Team Leads/Project Managers to skilled Developers and Business Systems Analysts. We work hard to foster great relationships with all of our business and vendor partners.I love that we do innovative and compelling work in the Insurance Industry. We are an Agile team that supports our Individual Life line of business by delivering leading edge applications and technology to our business partners. One of the most important thing that I've learned over the years is that you don't get very far without a talented team and I work extremely hard to ensure that I have the right mix of talent and diversity across all of my teams.
