An intrinsically motivated, data driven, insightful sales leader, passionate about growing and developing outperforming teams. Most recently having led the largest master planned community ever built in Australia, Aura (and the fastest selling Community in the Country). I have proven experience in leading teams across multiple disciplines including: Residential Land; Townhomes; Completed Homes; Retirement Living and more recently Lifestyle Communities. Based on the Sunshine Coast, I joined Stockland in July 2011 at the bottom, as a Sales Associate in residential land, before progressing through the ranks into leadership. Prior to joining Stockland in property sales I spent time working as a Conveyancing Paralegal in one of Brisbane’s largest, independent law firms.From a young age, a passion for property was realised after being introduced to the industry through a growing family port-folio of mixed-use property assets. Strong family values place a high priority on hard work, further complimented by an appetite for structure, delivering operational excellence through highly efficient processes and encouraging a strong, person-centric service, that ensures high customer satisfaction. Away from coaching sessions, evaluating performance and leading teams – a wife, a mum, a cancer fighter, a renewed perspective and an awful lot to be grateful for.
