As a Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, I deliver new features in the energy trading and risk management (ETRM) space, working across front, middle, and back office functions. I lead the offshore test team throughout the ETRM upgrade project, designing and implementing test cases across the oil trade lifecycle for both financial and physical trading. I also worked with the client during the UAT phase and delivered the project within the deadlines. I hold a Master's degree from the University of Liverpool Management School, where I acquired business acumen and refined my skills in market research, digital marketing, strategy consulting, and business development. I am interested in roles that leverage my new skills and past experience to yield efficient and effective results in a role of increased authority and responsibility. I have proven experience of working in a high-intensity work environment in a diverse team, providing production support to varied forms of clients' issues within 24 hours.
