About Debika Bose

Highly motivated and driven Human Resources Management graduate from Durham College with a sound understanding of HR functions and processes like the full cycle recruitment process, onboarding with Bamboo HR, Employment, and Ontario Human Rights Law and OH & S. My passion to help and support people has led me to this course where I want to contribute to positive employee relations and apply my knowledge and skills to support various HR operations. Currently working with Durham College in the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Information Technology as Administrative Assistant providing various administrative support to senior leadership team. I previously worked in the Marketing and Advertising domain where I was involved in the planning and implementing branding strategies and promotion by liaising with various departments, interacting with customers and clients daily to understand their needs, and providing solutions to them.
