I have acquired 6+ years of experience in IVF Laboratory techniques and management in Health Industry. I do have experience in handling instruments like phase-contrast, fluorescent microscopes, micro-manipulator, Laminar flow, Centrifuges, autoclave, Incubators, Dry air oven, Cryopreservation techniques of human samples, Chromatography processes, Gel electrophoresis, all kinds of sterilization techniques. I have experience in writing scientific articles for poster and paper presentation in national and international journals as well as research purposes. I have experience in collaboration and establishment of Ethical committee for research project. I have experience in research work. I have experience in organizing and anchoring in work-shops and baby shows for the centre. I hold experience in giving presentations and hands- on - training of different Andrological and Embryological techniques to Gynecologists and Obstetricians. Hosting and co-ordination of programs were some of my experiences as well. Being a biotechnologist, I also possess 2 years long experience on environmental consultancy, during my tenure of work as Green - Consultant at IIT Mandi. I secured experience in management of 5 areas - 1.Beautification of the Campus of IIT Mandi- Ideas and dealing with issues in Landscaping, 2.Solid Waste Management - Manifestation and implementation of ideas - Segregation of different types of solid wastes before disposal. Waste water Management- Use of types of Bioreactor suitable for treatment of waste water and recycling. Energy Management - Collecting Data and Analysis of Energy Consumption. Organizing - Cleanliness Drives, Plantation drives, Earth Day, Environment Day, etc. Green-committee meetings and Environment Club by motivating and inspiring students, preparing placards, field visits, communication with important people outside the campus and dealing with Environmental bodies of Shimla, Mandi, Chandigarh, etc.
