I grew up in the Midwest. When an opportunity to move to New York City was presented to me, I immediately said yes! However, when I got to the city, after a few months, I still felt very overwhelmed. It was a complete 180 from what I was used to. I did not know how things worked, and I did not know the subway system. I felt lost, so I began making plans to move to the West Coast. I felt it was more my speed, but then my competitive side kicked in and I did not want to just give up without trying. I was a track and Field athlete from elementary school to high school graduation and sometimes the competition was very tough, but I persevered because I knew all of the difficult practices and races would make me a better athlete. I decided to stay in New York to build my confidence and training to become a professional person. It was one of the best decisions I have made. I know that I would not be the person I am today had I left New York. I believed when I moved here that New York was the best city on the planet! I still believe that today. I have had fantastic professional opportunities here in New York. Each one has allowed me to develop my skills to be able to thrive in busy environments and to continue to perfect them as a professional Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator for C-Suite Executives. I specialize in challenging calendar management, travel (international and domestic) and expense management in Concur. I am also enthusiastic, friendly, positive, focused, results driven, problem-solving, proactive, anticipatory, adaptable, discreet and confidential.
