Before establishing DSH & CO, Debora gained extensive experience in fashion, design, technology, and hospitality, providing her with a unique perspective on the digital landscape. She has successfully managed marketing, strategic planning, and events for technology service brands, supporting major Fortune 500 clients such as Nortel Networks, IBM, Cisco, USRobotics, Apple, Intel, and Microsoft. Additionally, Debora has over ten years of experience in the luxury market, working with renowned brands including Bally of Switzerland, Bergdorf Goodman, Williams Sonoma, and Marriott International, Inc. in the hospitality sector. What truly sets Debora apart is her commitment to social responsibility. In she launched Studio Inc, a non-profit online fashion community that provided business information and digital resources to promote entrepreneurship. She has also volunteered for several non-profit organisations, including a Westchester-based non-profit where she served in a market research management role through the AmeriCorps Vista Program, assessing the feasibility of a Shared-Use Kitchen entrepreneurial program. Debora holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in business from Iona University, an associate degree in fashion buying and merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY), as well as various other certifications.
