I am business leader with 20+ years experience as a consultant and executive, which have included global responsibilities across Europe, India, Asia, and extensively within the US and Canada for service delivery driving transformative change. For the past several years, I have been very focused with health care and higher education clients in both the BC and Alberta public sector markets with all managing diverse multi-vendor environments. My experience is in a variety of industries including the energy sector, utilities, consumer product goods, government, higher education, and health care. As a strategic technology advisor I help clients enable transformational change and growth through motivating employees to adapt and adopt new business processes, along with embrace collaborative business models and governance structures. The future of work is changing which is very real given that we live in a tech savvy workforce of Millennials and Gen Z’s that expect to communicate through different channels than past generations.
