I pride myself on providing world class customer service to every customer I advise. For me it’s about finding the perfect watch for your wrist. I love making memories with our guests. Being part of a special occasion is one of the best perks of the job! A luxury watch purchase can be a little daunting and I like to make sure my guests know that I am here to advise before, during and after a sale. I am a FFH Certified Watch advisor and am always working on my personal development. As a team member of the only TAG Heuer Boutique in Northern Ireland, and on the Island of Ireland, I work in one of Belfast’s most historic buildings - Queens Arcade. I work in what can only be described as truly stunning surroundings. The Grade 2 Listed building is currently owned and operated by the 3rd Generation of the Lunns Family. A definite must on a visit to the city! I am fortunate to represent two amazing families on a daily basis. In the Boutique our guests are immersed in the TAG Heuer brand with a Lunn’s twist. And according to recent feedback – it is a great combination!
