I would describe myself as very organized, detailed orientated and self-motivated. My primary focus and strength is building lasting relationships with clients, co workers and vendors both inside and outside my role. I've worked the last 6 years as the head of Compliance for my company and have gathered so many skills in my journey. This position has required me to work with all departments throughout the company and build trusting relationships with each of them. I work alongside top executives to brand new employees, which means utilizing my ability to communicate and interact with a broad spectrum of personalities. I worked on creating and launching the company's privacy program and continue to manage its functionality and progression.
