I am a skilled and professional PA licensed CPA that is focused on applying accounting and managerial leadership skills in a challenging, career oriented environment. I possess more than fifteen years of progressive experience in the accounting field. My professional history includes positions such as Controller at Wilson College as well as Manager at Boyer & Ritter, CPAs and Consultants. Most recently, my responsibilities as Controller at Wilson College include managing staff related to Business Office functions, general accounting, month-end and quarter-end closing duties, as well as the responsibility for the integrity of general ledger data. I am responsible for the oversight and preparation of both internal and external financial statements as well as providing management with information vital to the financial decision making process. I am the Business Office representative on the CORE Team which provides the oversight of changes and improvements related to the 2011 campus wide software implementation. The CORE Team is responsible for problem solving when there are software issues related to the different constituencies as well as constant improvements in reporting and student centered tools. In 2013 I received the President's Award for Outstanding Service to Wilson College. I have almost 10 years of public accounting experience which includes: audit, tax, payroll, write up work, tax notices and all levels of financial statement preparation. My experience includes audit and tax management as well as first -level account responsibility. I graduated first in the School of Business from West Chester University.
