As the leader of New Business Sales for North America at Cyara, I manage a team of sales professionals dedicated to driving growth and optimizing customer experience. Cyara is the global leader in customer experience assurance, offering a cloud-based platform that enables enterprises to test, monitor, and enhance their customer journeys across various channels and touchpoints. Prior to my role at Cyara, I served as Chief Commercial Officer at Spearline, the leading in-country telecom testing service, where I played a key role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and shaping the go-to-market strategy. I also contributed to the successful acquisition of Spearline by Cyara in March 2023, creating a powerful synergy between the two companies. With over 15 years of experience in sales leadership and commercial strategy, I have honed my skills in executive management, team development, and market penetration. I have completed executive training from Harvard Business School and am passionate about driving business growth, achieving exceptional results, and aligning with the values and vision of the organizations I represent.
