My background in working for United Healthcare as a Group Sales Representative and Group Service Representative demonstrates my ability to navigate complex systems and help individuals with important decisions, has proved to be very valuable in my current role. Joining the Terrapin Travel Company to connect with like-minded individuals and explore my passion for travel was a very inspiring step for me. After joining my current agency, much effort was put into learning the intricacies of the travel business, continuously training to expand my knowledge about destinations, suppliers, and industry trends. Being a member of ASTA and part of the Host Agency, KHM Travel Group, reflects my dedication to staying informed and connected within the travel industry. My ongoing pursuit of the Certified Travel Advisor (CTA) certification further demonstrates my commitment to professional development and providing the best possible service to my clients. Lastly, my sales experience from the mid-80s equipped me with valuable interpersonal and communication skills that are essential in my current role.
