I have been working as a school psychologist and then (after further graduate education) as a clinical psychologist. I have been helping children and adults figure out what is needed for them to live more fulfilling lives. I have training in : 1- treatment of personality patterns that get in the way, depression, and anxiety 2-treatment of sexual addiction 3-learning disabilities 4-treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and Hoarding/Clutter 5-treatment of trichotillomania (hair pulling) and skin-picking 6-behavior therapy for Tourettes and Tic Disorders 8-hynosis (certifed by American Society for Clinical Hypnosis) 9-EMDR (certified by EMDRIA) Specialties: We don't call these "specialities" in my state. However, I have training in : 1-marriage therapy (including Emotion Focused Therapy) 2-treatment of sexual addiction (through the Society for Advancement of Sexual Health) 3-learning disabilities and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) 4-treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder (graduate of Behavior Training Institute of OCD Foundation) 5-treatment of trichotillomania (hair pulling) and compulsive skin-picking (graduate of Behavior Training Institute of Trichotillomania Learning Center) 6-treatment of traumas (big and small), including with EMDR treatment (certified in EMDR) 7-psychotherapy incorporating Hypnosis (certified in Hypnosis) 8-intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (Certified in ISTDP after 3 years of intensive training)
