Human Resources professional who has been working in Human Resources for about 4 years. I have my SHRM CP certification. Currently I am responsible for our company's benefits. I am also responsible for many other areas of human resources including but not limited to FMLA, COBRA, onboarding and payroll. Before becoming an HR professional I spent over twenty years of insurance experience in Customer Service, Medical and Dental Claims Examining, COBRA, Flex, STD and FMLA with a strong understanding of insurance benefits. I am a self-confident professional, with expertise in the multiple areas ranging from processing medical and dental claims to processing FMLA. I possess exceptional organization skills, the ability to maintain my composure under extreme pressure and stress and I am able to prioritize tasks in the ever changing environment to get the job done. I enjoy building and maintain relationships built on trust and integrity.
