I have 15 years of experience in Fortune 500 manufacturing companies in Human Resources, Purchasing, Project Management, Finance and Strategic Planning, nine years of experience in higher education finance and operations, and three years of Human Resource and Finance experience in small businesses. Here is my professional philosophy: Respect: It is the responsibility of all leaders to ensure that everyone in their organization is treated with respect every day. You don't give respect because of who THEY are; you give respect because of who YOU are. I believe it is possible to create a culture where everyone truly enjoys their time working every single day, and that can be created at any organization. Continuous Improvement: How can any process be made more efficient, easier to understand, easier to implement, broader in scope, prone to fewer errors, less costly, etc?
