About Deborah Finlay

My many years experience as a Learning and Development Practitioner, along with my passion for supporting people and team development, has led me to my role as part time OD consultant for NHS Golden Jubilee as.well as a Director for Crimson Kite Consultancy. I have experience of working in both the private and public sector in supporting organisations to meet the learning needs of their staff. I specialise in Coaching, Consultancy, Facilitation and Training with a particular focus on leadership and management development. I am passionate about developing bespoke learning and development solutions to support individuals to reach their full potential and pride myself on my pragmatic approach. As a coach I provide a confidential and safe space for clients to focus on issues that are important to them and I gain great satisfaction from seeing individuals flourish. I am also certified in the following tools / diagnostics- Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step 1 and 2 - Aston Team Coaching - DiSC - Belbin Team Roles.
