About Deborah Glenn

With over 20 years of experience in HR and OD consulting, I partner with leaders of both large and small companies to build leadership capability, accelerate organizational performance, and drive business results. I have a passion for guiding companies through strategic transformations while fostering employee engagement and alignment. As the founder and principal consultant of Deborah Glenn Consulting, I provide services in organizational design and effectiveness, talent and performance management, culture and employee engagement, strategic storytelling and communications, and more. I have successfully delivered over 25 organization transformation projects for clients across various industries and sectors, including Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, and nonprofits. In addition to my own consulting work, I serve as the VP of Talent at ProKo, a highly selective network of professional independent consultants specializing in human capital services. In this role, I match ProKo's stellar consultants to client projects, and ensure that ProKo represents truly world-class talent. I also enjoy supporting and empowering other independent consultants to find meaningful work and grow their careers.
