About Deborah Hill

Deborah Hill has over 25 years of management and leadership experience acquired through working with non-profits, corporations, schools, universities, private companies, and government agencies. Several hundred employees have been trained in cultural diversity, employee orientation, management, leadership, and administrative policies. As a professor and consultant, Dr. Hill has taught management, leadership principles, international business, and project management courses to hundreds of students and employees in a manner that utilizes theory, experience, and application. As a management trainer, I have taught leadership and management principles, administrative policies, strategic planning, and human resource management to company employees. I have worked with the Social Security Administration as a Management Analyst and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission as an Eligibility Specialist (I, II, Special Project Director, Educational Services Specialist, Management Trainer, Volunteer Services Director, Strategic Partnership Specialist, and Public Information Director. Dr. Hill served on the Tarrant County Human Services Advisory Committee and numerous community committees in the DFW area. Dr. Hill is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
