I have more than 25 years of experience in instructor-led training development and sales, specializing in Federal Acquisition Workforce certification requirements. I have identified, won and managed contracts both large and small, by responding to inbound inquiries and proposal requests as well as through outbound development of customer relationships. I strive to understand a customer's unique training needs and to develop customized curriculum, identify qualified instructors, and oversee a training plan to address the gaps. In 2013, I closed over $1 million in contract value for a single client.
