About Deborah John

With over four years of combined experience as a Branch Educator at Bayshore HealthCare and a Civilian Instructor at Canadian Armed Forces and Air Cadet League of Canada, I am passionate about delivering high-quality education and training to diverse audiences. I have developed and facilitated multiple courses and workshops on topics such as occupational health and safety, diversity and inclusion, employment equity, and coaching for excellence, using my skills in customer experience, Microsoft Office, and communication. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices in both civilian and military settings. As an instructor and public health advocte, I aim to empower learners with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed and grow in their roles and careers. I am looking for an opportunity to leverage my expertise and experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values learning, innovation, and excellence.
