Limbo, Blue Collar Roots, White Collar Dreams"- this book by Alfred Lubrano changed my life…. My dad was a bartender and my mother a crossing guard. My mom was the motivational force in my life and when I read this book, the world opened up for me. I had found my passion and my thirst for learning had begun. I simply LOVE Talent Acquisition. Matching people with their dream job.thereby enabling organizations to achieve their dreams. I believe that innovation happens at the "edges". Not necessarily in the center of an organization, but far out in the organization where our teams are engaging & touching our customers daily. And diversity of thought, experiences and backgrounds are what makes great teams. My greatest energy comes to bear when leading high performing teams in both Engineering and Healthcare organizations. I especially enjoy leading and participating in groups for both stretch and turn around assignments. I am known for delivering scalable business return on investment and relevant solutions. My brand is highly collaborative, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations, delivering on innovative solutions, leading matrix teams and demonstrating strong influence. When I am not networking and engaging in TA, I enjoy western pleasure horse showing. I have American Paint and Quarter horses and compete at both the state, regional and national level.
