About Deborah Kropp

I help professionals in the creative industries to be emotionally well and equipped for a magical, yet sometimes challenging work environment.’ Deborah is a Mental Health Coach and Registered Dramatherapist who finished her Bachelor of Arts, with a research-focus on therapeutic support in film and tv. From a young age on she has been on stages, performing, singing and writing. Deborah has experience working on film sets and practiced in the clinical field with numerous people and mental illnesses for years. As of lately, she has been working in a psychiatric hospital and in her online coaching business. She is part of Solas Mind, a leading company that provides mental health and wellbeing support in the creative industries. ‘As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand the dynamics of story, acting and the nervous system. It’s most important for me to create a safe space for my clients, where they get to express themselves vulnerably and be met with empathy and professionalism.’ As of right now, all Therapy and Coaching will be held online, either in English or German.
