With over 13 years of leadership experience in hospice care and a strong commitment to ethical, compassionate practice, I provide clinical supervision and support to emerging professionals working toward licensure.Currently, I offer telehealth therapy in Florida, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Vermont, Missouri, and Arkansas. I also provide in-person psychotherapy services to individuals in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, focusing on mental health support for older adults.My background includes supervising interdisciplinary teams—including social workers and chaplains—in hospice, palliative, and home health settings. I’ve been credentialed at various hospitals to provide psychosocial counseling to patients and families during critical end-of-life care, and I've delivered numerous community presentations on the value of hospice and palliative care.In addition to clinical practice, I serve as adjunct faculty at Saint Leo University. I teach MSW courses and supervise graduate students during their field placements, both in-state and nationally. I provide weekly supervision to support student growth in clinical judgment, ethical decision-making, and real-world practice.I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of social workers, supporting underserved populations, and expanding access to quality mental health care through telehealth and community-based services.
