About Deborah Miscoll

I am honored to serve as Deloitte US’ Chief Mental Health Officer and lead the firm’s Integrated Mental Health Service. In this role, I oversee an internal team of clinical and performance psychology experts- and guide the development and delivery of innovative, forward-thinking, highly-curated services and solutions. Each service line is designed to address the cognitive, emotional, and social complexities associated with the health and performance of over U.S. partners and professionals. While I cut my teeth in the fields of clinical, forensic, and neuropsychology, I’ve dedicated the past 20 years of my career advising organizations on how to address complex psychological issues that intersect the workplace, as well as designing modern psychological initiatives and evidenced-based solutions in a corporate environment. This experience drives my passion not only to support the individual but also organizational health and function. I am drawn to psychology, and I am passionate about taking science to action to encourage optimal function in terms of the human condition. I am committed to bringing strong expertise to Deloitte, work relentlessly to best support our people and serve our business — all tailored to the frame of our culture and delivered in a distinctly Deloitte way. As a licensed psychologist, you’ll frequently find me sharing my thoughts on a variety of psychological topics in an attempt to cut through jargon, separate fact from fiction, elevate literacy and awareness, and bring credible insights to fuel reflection and action. A straight-talking, no-nonsense Texan, with a penchant to drop high -school football anecdotes, I tend to approach all things with curiosity and humor. I enjoy sport and fitness, travel, art, antiques, architecture, literature, and I am constantly in pursuit of the perfect donut.
