I'm Deborah O'Donnell - An executive coach and leadership development professional with more than 15 years of experience helping company leaders, SVPs and C-Suite Executives maximize their potential! Over the years, I've had countless fruitful conversations with executives and up-and-coming management leaders about how to optimize their own capabilities and their teams. I believe that we are most fulfilled when we have a career that reflects our values and makes the best use of our talents. Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching executives across the globe spanning a broad range of industries and job functions. I trained as a coach at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and The Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I have been accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am skilled in using a variety of assessment tools, including the Birkman Method Assessment and EchoSpan 360 assessment tool. Innovation is at the cornerstone of what I do, and it is what I hope to inspire in the executives I work with to land a new corporate position or to join a corporate board.
