About Deborah Owusu

A hardworking, enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion and zeal to achieve. Thrive in a fast pace and live environment. Constantly seeking to make a difference in the world! My journey started in media production, where I thrived in fast-paced TV environments, coordinating live broadcasts, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless workflows. Working with industry giants like BBC Studios and Studio Lambert, I mastered the art of precision, problem-solving, and people management—skills that go beyond production and into the heart of every organisation.Along the way, I discovered two passions that drive me: capturing compelling stories through filming and creating an engaging, people-first workplace culture. Whether I’m behind the camera or behind the scenes ensuring smooth operations, my goal remains the same—to create experiences that are efficient, meaningful, and impactful. Now, I’m diving deeper into People Operations and Data Analysis, leveraging my logistical expertise and analytical mindset to optimise workflows, enhance team collaboration, and drive data-informed decisions. I believe that great teams run on great processes—and I’m passionate about making that happen.Excited to connect with like-minded professionals who share a love for media, people, and data-driven problem-solving!
