With over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I have developed a strong expertise in data analytics, market research, and strategy. I have successfully applied this expertise to both retail and non-retail markets in Brazil to generate valuable business insights. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of the internal and external ecosystem, which has enabled us to create strategic plans to drive business success. In my last position as MSD's Market Excellence Manager for Oncology in Brazil, I shaped the Oncology strategy by leveraging advanced analytics and data to drive the BU's decision-making processes. I was responsible for developing the forecasting strategy for the entire Oncology portfolio, which included one of the top three pharmaceutical products with the highest revenue in Brazil. Throughout my career, I have conducted numerous market research studies that have helped teams understand the market dynamics for both pre-launch and mature products. Using these research and data integration, I have developed work strategies for both private and public healthcare segments in Brazil. My focus has always been on expanding patient access and improving the patient journey. I have also worked with hospitals and HMOs to implement innovative solutions to improve the journey of their oncology patients. I value using data to make informed decisions. While I trust my gut instinct, I seek data to support my business decisions. By analyzing relevant data, I ensure that my decisions are well-informed, strategic, and have the best chance of success.
