I am a highly experienced leader and analyst with an extensive background in leadership and planning in a contact centre environment. I have a proven track record of supporting performance and absence management aligned to best practice. I am driven and highly motivated by seeing my team being better every day, so I pride myself on being able to coach individuals to incrementally improve their performance. I am passionate about using data and analysis to inform better ways of working and pride myself in presenting data to senior stakeholders that inform business decisions that inform business interventions which result in a better customer and commercial outcome. I am skilled in being able to look at a problem and use statics to present a holistic solution. My leadership experience means that I am able to communicate and influence stakeholders to get the best outcome for both business and customers whilst using data to ensure my recommendations yield longer term fundamental performance improvements. I have excellent HR knowledge as well as great communication skills in order to influence ways of working and deliver the best possible business and customer outcomes.
