About Deborah Pierce

I am an experienced Healthcare Leader with a passion for quality healthcare provision. In an environment where the only given is 'change', I have been able to demonstrate outcomes in established and newly commissioned projects in the public and private healthcare sectors through the implementation of change management, project management and transformational leadership models. The key element of achieving outcomes is the engagement of all the people/teams/stakeholders involved and gaining this through the creation of a sense of challenge and space for creativity, whilst ensuring transparency, clear strategic direction expectations, adequate resources and earned mutual respect for each other in diverse interprofessional environments. I am a relational leader and team player and believe in creating this environment, as it has lead to the demonstrated results.
