My background is in sales and marketing with a history of working with companies in the life science and diagnostic industry. As a trained molecular biologist, disciplined in marketing, I have acquired significant commercial awareness having worked in various organizational functional areas. In my current role as Director of Sales and Marketing for GERSTEL, I shape and implement company strategy into tactical metrics-driven approaches. Drawing on my inside and field sales experience, I coach and guide our sales team on best practices to deliver on performance. I’m a passionate and inspirational leader, setting high standards of excellence while motivating team members to meet and exceed goals. I specialize in training people to become highly effective sales professionals. My focus is on developing people, helping them grow and succeed as they promote the exceptional products, services and customer support that GERSTEL offers. In my spare time, I am a motivational instructor, certified in Les Mills BODYPUMP™ and CXWORX™. I am dedicated to supporting my class participants in achieving their fitness and health goals.
