About Deborah Scott

Deborah is a founding partner of DGA, a member of the Global Executive Committee and leads the EMEA business from London. With 25 years of experience, she is a trusted advisor to boards and senior executives on critical issues facing their organisation. She has worked across all industries and has lived and worked in both the UK and US, advising across strategy and stakeholder engagement, serving to help protect and enhance reputation and enterprise value. Her expertise involves giving senior counsel around M&A, investor & media relations, crises, capital raises, activist investors, internal communications, and broad reputation management. She is passionate about creating a strong entrepreneurial culture where individuals want to work and, as part of her leadership of the business, is responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent across EMEA for DGA as it grows organically and through acquisition. Previously she was part of the Financial Dynamics team that sold it's business to FTI Consulting. She then worked from the New York and London offices and sat on the EMEA ExCo where she was responsible for 300+ people and helped drive a culture of inclusivity and high performance. She has a degree in Economics & Politics, as a former investment banker is SFA qualified, and sits on numerous boards.
