Over the past 15+ years, I have acquired extensive experience in driving process redesign/improvement initiatives - including digital transformation initiatives, revenue cycle management, and revival of strategic marketing and branding programs - for diverse organizations across the legal and healthcare sectors. This experience – coupled with my strategic leadership and relationship management skills – has enabled me to rationalize expenses, diversify revenue streams, and deliver client-focused solutions, resulting in double-digit growth in clients’ revenue and profitability. A few of my achievements include: Driving a 10% increase in operating margins within the first quarter at C.A. Goldberg by redesigning the employee handbook, insourcing payroll, rationalizing software licenses, and rectifying tax filing issues. Achieving 50% growth in profitability and doubling the net income over the previous year for C.A. Goldberg in addition to maximizing Payroll Protection Plan payments with 100% forgiveness of debt. Delivering 25% revenue growth for WFS Services by developing the Physician Practice Management module to provide full billing services to physicians. Receiving multiple awards and accolades - including the prestigious President’s Club Award, Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards - from the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
