About Deborah Toscano

Deborah Toscano is the Customer Service Supervisor at Custom Chemical Formulators, Inc.(CCFI). Debie started with CCFI in 2011 as a sales administrator and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor as she believes customer care is the most important part of any successful business. She strives to create trusting, long-lasting relationships with CCFI’s clients. Prior to that, the Southern California native spent two years in Massachusetts working in customer service for Mark Altman & Associates. She also worked for Thermaltech, a start-up HVAC company, designing and developing their customer service department. She also enjoyed a career as a staffing consultant that spanned seven years. Debie is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
